From 3:30 to 6:00 pm on May 23, 2018, with the heat of the Spring Canton Fair, the RAYSON team held the "I am the Champion" theme salon and the 123rd Canton Fair commendation meeting. All logistics members includeding salesman attended. During the meeting, the salespersons shared the exhibiting experience and experience, and everyone learned a lot from it.
The RAYSON MATTRESS Sleep Experience Center, which was completed in March this year, is connected to the comprehensive office building. Before the salon begins, the host leaded everyone to the experience center for a tour, in order to increase the understanding of the sleep center and the styles of mattresses on display.
This exhibition hall has the third floor, the first floor is the mattress warehouse, and the second floor is the mattress style for the domestic market. There are spring mattresses, foam mattresses, latex mattresses, coconut mattresses etc. We can also provide soft and hard or other feeling of mattress to fulfill different family and different consumers need.
The third floor of the sleep center is an exhibition hall for the international market. There are different types of mattresses, spring mattresses, hotel mattresses, foam mattresses and so on. There are various grades, especially for the Australian market, North American market, South American market, European market, Middle East market and so on. No matter where the customer is from, based on the 14 years of experience in RAYSON MATTRESS, we can always provide customers with suitable and high-quality mattresses.
After visiting the exhibition hall, everyone returned to the second floor of the complex. At 3:30 in the afternoon, the salon activity officially began.
The curtain on the spring Canton Fair has come to an end. RAYSON MATTRESS team actively participates in this international trade event every year, providing salesmen with a precious stage for presentation and face-to-face opportunities with customers. At the same time, it has formulated very attractive preferential policies. And incentive schemes make everyone more motivated to participate in this grand event. As usual, after the end of the evaluation period, the company commends the salespersons who have successfully obtained orders, and issues honorary certificates and generous cash rewards.
All the successes were hard-won. This year, there were 5 salespersons who made a deal with 6 customers, and three of them did not finalize their orders until the last day of the evaluation period. Participating in the exhibition is like fighting a battle without gunpowder. The business people who are racing on the battlefield have a lot of feelings, and they share their stories and thoughts about receiving customers. From them, we can see perseverance, ambition, hard work, teamwork and business accomplishment.

RAYSON Mattress group Miss Mandy shared with us her story of following up with customers: "After meeting at the exhibition, I contacted him every day to talk about ideals, life, and even religion. I almost became a Buddhist believer, but he still didn't place an order to me yet. But when he needed help, I was still happy to help him. On the last day of the evaluation period, he finally moved and support me."
Sufi got two customers in total. “One of the customers told me that he didn’t actually want to visit our factory, but because I was really insistent, he decided to take a look.” Sufi said, “and Another customer, who had planned to give up, but seeing Mandy persistently follow up with her customer, I was really encouraged and finally took the order on the last day."
RAYSON MATTRESS's newly established SYMWIN Overseas Business group in March of this year has only been established for more than two months until the end of the exhibition. There are currently four salespersons, two of which have obtained orders at this exhibition. Compared with experienced salesmen, they are more passionate and full of confidence.

After the salesmen had finished sharing, the general manager Mr. Deng Hongchang gave us a concluding speech. As the leader of the team, Mr. Deng has worked tirelessly to clarify the direction of work for everyone on different occasions. He is good at observing and is very sensitive to details. He does not hesitate to share his accumulated method and experience so that we can advance in the right direction and give play to the team’s strengths. Strength and wisdom make the company bigger and stronger.
At six o'clock in the afternoon, the "I am the champion" team salon ended successfully.
The Canton Fair is just a node. In 2018, the year of reform, the RAYSON company has formulated a new reward policy, and established the General Sales Champion Award, the Champion and Runner-up Award for Large Agricultural Households, the Champion in Mattress Sales and the Sales Master in Pocket spring mattress.
